There is much happening at St. John's. At the moment not everything is available on the site, but will, in the next few months come online. We are passionate about proclaiming the Lord Jesus and his death and resurrection, and why that is important for us as human beings. We do this in a sacramental way, using the example of our Lord himself to reveal his purposes through the Eucharist, otherwise known as Holy Communion, or the Lord's Supper. Through the Eucharist we are drawn into the mission of God, just as the disciples were, and we are strengthened and encouraged by the Sacrament as we feed on Christ, our food and our stay.
We feel it is important to be fully involved in the mission of the Diocese, for it is our heart felt desire to see all people come to a knowledge of the Lord Jesus and to know personally and corporately in the church, and to place their faith and trust in him.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that who ever would believe in him, will not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16.
It is our firm belief that we are called by God in this place to proclaim this to the world we are a part of and to encourage people to come to a point where they are able to say YES to God through Jesus Christ.
