Parish Strategic Plan

In 2005 the parish embarked on a Strategic Planning Process.

The team consisted of the following people:

Belinda Howell - Team Leader

Tony Sattout, Robertson Wright, Fr. Keith Dalby, Jenna Joester, Kathryn Wotton.

The purpose of the process was;

  1. Conduct a Healthy Churches Check
  2. Conduct a Strategic Review
  3. Conduct a Survey of the Parish

As a result of the process a Strategic Plan was adopted by the parish on Advent Sunday 2005, and launched by the Bishop of Ballarat, the Rt. Rev'd Michael Hough.
